This beginner training works through specific movements with a focus on technical skill, rather than prescribed weight. All new athletes are required to attend two one-on-one training sessions with a CrossFit Coach. This introductory program is $120.
A monthly membership to Upper Valley CrossFit costs $200/month. This gets you access to all classes, the box, and to the RVC locker room. We have a steep discount for RVC members – a monthly membership costs just $60/month. You get access to all classes, the box, to the locker room, as well as the rest of the Club.
Jumpstart your kid’s lifelong passion for fitness, through play! Your kids will gain fitness by properly learning to lift, run, and jump, with our Certified Kids CrossFit Coach, all while making new friends and having an awesome time. Our season will culminate with the CrossFit Games Celebration. Kids and Parents are welcome to join us in fun games and awards. And by the way, while your kids are in class, you can reclaim your time by working out at RVC (if you’re a member), getting a massage at the RVC Spa, or run some quick errands while your kid is supervised with one of the world’s top CrossFit Kids Coaches. The class structure is all about making fitness fun, while also laying down a foundation of fitness for which kids can grow from.
Our CrossFit Teens program is designed for the active middle school or high school young athlete. We have designed our program for anyone who wants to keep in shape during the off season or is simply looking for an additional fitness regiment. Classes are designed to build teamwork, strength, cardio vascular endurance, muscular endurance, and a general overall emphasis on form and technique. Skill levels of all types are welcome during any of our classes. We scale and modify all movements from beginners, novices, and experts.
Monthly Unlimited $84 Designed for the young athlete who is going to come 3-5 times a week for that given monthly period. A great value for a parent and athlete who is coming consistently.
