Wesley was in the 3rd Battalion 172nd Mountain Regimen of the Vermont National Guard, and was Advanced Mountain Warfare qualified. He got cancer after being exposed to burn pits in Iraq and Afghanistan. Before passing at the age of 36, he spent his remaining years fighting for other veterans.

Tips

Scale the load of the thrusters or modify to dumbbell thrusters as needed.

Scale double-unders to single-unders.

Pacing tip: Small sets early. 6s on thrusters and 25s on double-unders. This is a lot of work. Don’t go out hot
