I was a competitor and athlete through college so working out and staying healthy has been very important to me since I was young. Competing at high levels of athletics, I understand the hard work and commitment it takes to not only reach a goal, but to build off that into other goals. I enjoy helping all types of people, most of my experience being with people interested in weight loss.
My goal is to build confidence no matter what your age and experience while providing a platform through teaching and programming that allows you to reach your fitness and athletic goals, leading to living life as you want.
